Definitions and sources

Spends (incl. 18% GST)
Platforms report spend without GST, so every spend and cost figure is ×1.18. Google (Google Ads API), Meta (Meta Marketing API), Practo (connection fee from Practo's sheet, refunded disputes excluded). GMB, Organic, Justdial, Others have no spend.
Leads
Attributable leads from the leads cube. Practo leads come from Practo's own connections sheet (unique phone per week).
Bookings / Done
Screening-call episodes (one per patient per week). Offline = clinic; online = telehealth. Channel = the patient's lead source.
Purchased / Revenue
Purchased = of the screening consultations completed in the period, how many bought what the doctor prescribed in that consultation (drugs or lab tests). Revenue = consultation fee + payment for that first prescription (no repeat revenue), credited to the done day. Source: paid billing estimates (billing stopped issuing invoices on 9 Sep 2026).
Ratios
CPL = Spend ÷ Leads · CPB = Spend ÷ Bookings · L2B = Bookings ÷ Leads · CPD = Spend ÷ Done · B2D = Done ÷ Bookings · D2P = Purchased ÷ Done · RPC = Revenue ÷ Done (revenue per completed consultation) · 1st TP ROAS = Revenue ÷ Spend. Online / offline rows use that mode's own numerator and denominator.
This week / This month · Projected
The in-progress week or month through yesterday. Projected = that volume ÷ days elapsed × days in the period (straight-line run-rate); ratios are the same as the to-date column.
Average · Trend
Over the complete periods shown (as in Ops view). Trend = newest complete period vs the average / previous / peak; click a trend to open the full chart. Green = better (for CPL, CPB and CPD, lower is better); Spends trend is neutral (dark grey).
% of total
Purple text under each channel's Spends, Leads, Bookings, Done, Purchased and Revenue: that channel's share of the Overall figure for the same period. Under the online / offline rows it is the share of ALL online (or offline) bookings, done or purchases.
Weekly · Monthly
Weeks run Monday–Sunday. Months are calendar months (1st → last day). Recent periods are still maturing: leads keep converting for weeks.
