What the block delivered
Online-preferred block = a roster block where the Screening-Call slots are online-only. Regular = the doctor had the block in at least 3 of the 4 weeks. Booked = done + no-show (cancelled / rescheduled-away not counted).
Online SC = new patients' screening calls; Repeat = follow-up, report reading, patient queries, reconsult. Contribution = share of the doctor's total online SC (or repeat) in the 4 weeks that came through the block. Cap = the doctor's online-SC limit per day.
